How It Works

Step 1

Give us a name

Fill out the form below, text it to us, or just call. All we need is who they are and how to reach them. You don't have to pitch anybody.

Step 2

We take it from there

We reach out, inspect the roof, and give them a written estimate — free, no pressure. You'll get a text letting you know where it stands.

Step 3

You get paid

Job completes, they pay their final invoice, and your $1,000 cash incentive goes out within 10 business days. We'll text you when it's sent.

About you
Who you're referring

By submitting, you confirm the person knows you're passing their info to us. We'll only contact them once unless they respond.

The fine print, in plain English

When you get paid
After the job is finished and their final invoice is paid in full — not at signing. Payouts go out within 10 business days of that.
Who counts as "yours"
Whoever submits the name first. If the homeowner already contacted us or is an active lead in our system, we'll tell you up front instead of letting you find out later.
How long a referral stays yours
12 months from the day you submit it. Roofs are slow decisions — if they call us back in month nine, you still get paid.
If the job cancels
No payout, since we were never paid either. If it's just delayed, your referral stays active.
Taxes
If we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year, we'll need a W-9 and we'll issue you a 1099-NEC. We'll walk you through it.
Service area
Miami-Dade and Broward. Outside that, still send it — we'll tell you honestly if we can take it.

For Professionals

If roofs come up in your job, this pays better than a thank-you.

Same $1,000 cash incentive, no volume required. Most of our partner referrals come from people who were already telling clients “you're going to need a roofer” — they just weren't getting paid for it.

Realtors

Roof condition kills deals. We'll do a pre-listing inspection and a written report, free, so you know what you're walking into.

Property managers & HOAs

Multi-building work, documented scopes, and permits we pull ourselves. We can quote a whole community.

Home inspectors

You're already on the roof. When you flag one, send them our way and get paid for the call you were making anyway.
