Roofing in Pinecrest, FL
Roofing contractor in Pinecrest, FL. Tile, shingle, metal and flat roof repair and replacement to Miami-Dade County code. Licensed, insured, free estimates.
Pinecrest is a village of large lots and custom homes, many built in the 1950s through the 1980s and expanded or rebuilt since. Roofs tend to be big, with several sections and ridges, and finished in barrel tile, flat tile or metal.
Large, complex roofs have many valleys, hips and penetrations, and each is a possible leak. We give a detailed scope that lists every flashing detail and, on estates with multiple additions, we check how the old and new sections tie together. Mature trees on big lots are also an issue, so we look at debris and branch contact.
Pinecrest is in Miami-Dade County's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. Every roofing product has to carry a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA), the fastening schedule and secondary water barrier are inspected, and the work needs a permit. We handle the permit and inspections as part of the job.
We work throughout Pinecrest, including Pinecrest Gardens area, Cypress Bend, Hibiscus Island side and Old Cutler Road corridor. If your street is not on the list, call us and we will tell you if we cover it.
